1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During peak periods, processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx): 4–10 business days
- Delivery delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or unforeseen events outside our control.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- International shipping may be offered in the future (please contact us for inquiries).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- If you believe your order is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
